Commence the six-week trial; ensuring consistent weekly check ins
At the end of 6 weeks start a 2 week recap of the trial period
Impact: The impact of working from home can be beneficial for both sides. Employees are happier, while employers feel they are serving their employees better. As long as there is trust both sides can experience a positive result.
